Leponitt Wheeled Mosaic Cutter for Glass | S-103

This quality tool is designed to easily cut glass without the use of a traditional glass cutter. It is especially good at quickly cutting small mosaic pieces of glass, and at removing small points from a piece of glass.

Glass mosaic nippers can cut varying thickness of glass from 1/32" to 1/4" with ease. Ceramic Tile, Mosaic Terrazzo, Agate, and Shells can also be cut with the Leponitt wheeled cutter.

Safety First - Always use proper eye protection.

Nipping Glass - Hold the tool in a scissor-like fashion. Line the cutting head up on the desired outline. Work over a bin or box to catch the broken off pieces of glass. Squeeze the handles with a small amount of pressure and the glass will break apart with little to no chipping.

Shaping Glass - To shape specific curved areas, it is best to cut away small pieces at a time.

Nipper Maintenance - Carbide cutting wheels can be rotated. Loosen cutting wheels with an Allen wrench and slightly rotate the wheels and re-tighten screws. Replace wheels by removing the screws and putting on new wheels. Replacement wheels and spring are available below.
